6 x 6 oil on gessobord - SOLD
Finally attempted my first cow face and now that I've seen it posted, I don't like all the vertical strokes. I'll need to make some adjustments. I have been looking at this reference photo for a year or so thinking I would try it. I'm glad I did but I see the value of varying my brushstrokes. This is what I like about painting, you learn something new each time.
I like your cow a lot. You kept it loose and your brushwork is very nice. Amazing for doing it on a 6x6 too!
