The reference photo for this was taken at dusk one day as we were headed to the MS Museum of Art for an exhibition.  There were WAY more cards than I put in, I wanted more of a empty street look but left a couple in.

I've been working on this for a few days.  The reference photo was actually taken outside on a porch which made the dancers in heavy shadow but I tried to work with it any way.  I had to make up the background.

Experimenting

I have been experimenting lately with new colors and my new brush I got in Atlanta a couple of weeks ago.  It's a cat's tongue filbert and I really like the feel of it.   I like the loose quality it produces and it picks up the paint to well.  My new favorite thing!
